1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Advance payment 50% is required to confirm the reservation.
- The balance amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Tariffs may change during peak seasons, weekends, or holidays.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 12:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- No refunds will be provided for early check-out or no-shows.
4. Guest Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 12–14 guests across 4 independent cottages.
- Extra guests beyond the permitted limit are not allowed without prior approval.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
5. Property Rules
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the natural surroundings.
- Loud music and parties are strictly restricted, especially during night hours.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
- Illegal activities, drugs, or unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.
6. Damage & Loss
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or fittings during their stay.
- The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
7. Bonfire & Outdoor Activities
- Bonfire facilities are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.
- Guests must follow safety guidelines while using bonfire and outdoor areas.
8. Weather & Natural Conditions
- Being a mountain property, road conditions and weather may vary.
- Misty Mountain Cottage is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, landslides, or natural events.
9. Food & Services
- Meal services are subject to prior request and availability.
- Outside food may be restricted in certain areas to maintain hygiene.
10. Right to Admission
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to vacate the premises in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior, without any refund.
11. Amendments
- Misty Mountain Cottage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
