To ensure a comfortable, safe, and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly request you to follow the rules and policies outlined below:
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 12:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Guest Identification
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Local IDs may be restricted as per property policy.
3. Occupancy Policy
- Maximum occupancy is 12–14 guests across 4 independent cottages.
- Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval.
4. Quiet Hours & Conduct
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- As per state government rules Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.
- Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the natural surroundings.
5. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and cottages.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
- Use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Cleanliness & Property Care
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside rooms and common areas.
- Any damage to property, furniture, or fittings will be chargeable to the guest.
7. Bonfire & Outdoor Areas
- Bonfire facilities are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.
- Guests must follow safety instructions while using bonfire and outdoor spaces.
8. Food Policy
- Meal services are available on prior request and subject to availability.
- Outside food may be restricted in certain areas to maintain hygiene.
9. Pets Policy
- Pets are allowed only with prior permission.
- Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior, safety, and cleanliness.
10. Safety & Liability
- Guests participate in outdoor activities such as trekking and nature walks at their own risk.
- Misty Mountain Cottage is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
11. Weather & Natural Conditions
- As a mountain property, weather and road conditions may change suddenly.
- The property is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by natural events.
12. Right to Admission
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to vacate the property in case of rule violations, without any refund.
