1. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.
2. Cancellation by Property
- In the rare event that Misty Mountain Cottage is unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.
- The property reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety concerns, natural calamities, or force majeure events.
3. Date Modification
- One-time date modification may be allowed subject to availability and prior notice.
- Revised dates will be subject to current tariff and season pricing.
- If revised dates fall under peak season, additional charges may apply.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, roadblocks, or personal travel issues.
- Any unused services or amenities during the stay are non-refundable.
6. Advance Payments
- Advance booking amounts are governed strictly by this refund policy and confirm acceptance of the same.
